| Front office/ Reception Experience Greet clients and visitors with questions or appointments with the Director, Deputy Directors, and other agency staff, and direct them to the appropriate area. | |
| Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred | |
| Provide telephone and administrative backup to all offices in the Office of the Director. | |
| Assist the Executive Assistants in the Office of the Director with various clerical activities. | |
| Other duties as assigned. | |
