Heritage Roofing & Construction is growing in the Oklahoma City & Surrounding areas and we are looking for motivated people to help homeowners restore their properties after hail and severe storms.
This is a field-based sales and project coordination role. You'll meet homeowners, inspect roofs for potential damage, explain the restoration process, and help manage projects from the first conversation through completion.
No roofing experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support in the OKC market.
Earnings depend on individual performance.
You may be a great fit if you're self-motivated, comfortable starting conversations, open to coaching, and ready for active work outdoors. Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, athletics, military service, or entrepreneurship can help, but it isn't required.
