Key Responsibilities

• Deter and detect security threats.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, incidents, and following established protocols.
• Maintain clear and accurate reports, incident logs, and daily activity records.
• Engage with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner, delivering high‑quality customer service.
• Implement conflict management strategies to resolve disputes and de‑escalate tense situations.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary.
• Provide effective communication with supervisors and team members regarding safety concerns and operational updates.
• Perform thorough security coverage for shift changes, ensuring seamless hand‑over of responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service. 

Essential Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in digital reporting and basic computer usage.
• Demonstrated effective communication and customer service abilities.
• Capable of responding quickly to emergency and incident situations.
• Technical proficiency with surveillance and security technology.
• Physical fitness to conduct patrols and respond to emergencies.

Desired Experience

• Prior experience in security, loss prevention, or related fields is preferred, though not mandatory.
• Experience with incident response, emergency response, and report writing.
• Familiarity with patrol operations, premises monitoring, and surveillance systems.
