A highly respected investment firm is seeking an HR Assistant / HR Coordinator to join its Chicago headquarters. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional looking to build upon their HR experience while supporting a collaborative and high-performing Human Resources and Recruiting team. Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple stakeholders Manage interview logistics, calendars, meeting invitations, and conference room bookings Maintain recruiting trackers, candidate records, and hiring process documentation Support onboarding activities, including new hire communications and coordination Manage shared HR resources, calendars, inboxes, and documentation Assist with employee communications, newsletters, milestone announcements, and internal HR initiatives Coordinate HR events, training programs, and employee engagement activities Provide administrative support for HR projects, compliance efforts, and day-to-day team operations Qualifications 3+ years of administrative, coordination, or HR support experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information Bachelor's degree preferred Prior HR, recruiting, professional services, financial services, or corporate experience is a plus Why Consider This Opportunity?
