Job Description

NextShining is seeking a Marketing Strategy Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives designed to strengthen brand awareness, improve customer engagement, and support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple projects. The Marketing Strategy Coordinator will collaborate with internal teams to help develop campaigns, analyze market opportunities, coordinate marketing activities, and ensure initiatives remain aligned with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and internal communication.
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support the development of promotional materials, presentations, and campaign concepts.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on key marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with sales and operational teams to maintain consistent messaging and positioning.
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and brand visibility.
• Maintain organized records of marketing initiatives, campaign assets, and project progress.
• Contribute ideas for new campaigns, partnerships, promotions, and growth initiatives.
• Support ongoing improvements to marketing processes and strategy.
