They were bought out by my client $4 Billion company. They make bearings for the Oil business and do some coating. They are thriving and need a couple more grinders ID/OD pneumatic control machine grinding no handheld. THIS ROLE: OD/ID grind and honing using cylindrical grinding machinery for close tolerance finish. 2nd shift 3-11:30 Join our small pant at an exciting moment of growth! What will you do? Your day to day success is determined by your ability to:

• Maintain a safe working environment and promote health and safety awareness.
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency before and throughout operation of NC Grinder.
• Grind parts to specified dimensions.
• Interpret blueprint drawings for specifications.
• Clean machine, tooling and part, and may perform minor machine maintenance.
• Set up and operate NC Grinder.
• Use hand angle grinder.
• Plan, prioritize and organize assigned tasks.
• Communicate quality issues and non-conformances to management promptly.
• Use various measuring tools to ensure conformity to visual and dimensional specifications.
• Participate in continuous learning opportunities.
• Maintain all work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience or training in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in operation of grinder lathe.
• Basic math, geometry, and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic measurement and print-reading skills.
• Experience with precision measuring tools.
• Precision and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent manual dexterity and ability to control application tools precisely.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for decision-making and problem solving.
• Excellent team skills; collaborative, open-minded,
