Key Responsibilities

o Collaboration: Escalate complex coding bugs to developers and document solutions for the L1/L2 team.
Required Skills
o Technical: Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, log analysis, and basic java / React
o Diagnostic Tools: Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira) and monitoring platforms (e.g., AppDynamics).
